There are no refunds for paid Exhibitor Badges. However, name changes are allowed. Any cancellations (when no replacement person is available) need to be reported in writing to NECA Registration. Submit your name change or cancellation request by sending us a message through the NECA Registration & Hotel Support Center, or by fax to 415-293-4745.
